Churn Rate

The so called "Churn Rate" is the percentage of customers or subscribers who choose to stop paying or using a service during a specified time period. The Churn Rate is important for companies who have paying or recurring customers e.g. like SaaS or subscription-based companies. For a company it is of vital importance for customers to stick with the service or product long enough to retrieve the average customer acquisition cost (CAC).
