Design Thinking

The Design Thinking method is based on the goal to drive innovation by focussing on the users and fulfilling their needs. It is a human-centered approach to solving complex problems that includes much more then just shape or layout. It supports organizations in focussing on the people they're creating for, which leads to better products, services, and internal processes.

For the process of design thinking, feedback is vital – e.g. through conducting interviews or through careful observation of users. Prototypes are created as early as possible in order to provide users with the chance to test and give feedback, way before the launch of a product.
